A View from Tel Aviv

While at lunch at a little hole-in-the-wall schnitzel place, which is YUM, I spied this rather odd sight across the street. Not really the sort of thing I expected to see when I thought about coming here. I'm curious about what would bring them here. Do you think they came for the Holy sites? The beaches? Tel Aviv is full of surprises!
